Control automatics under CVM brand can be now applied to the ventilation equipment of any Russian manufacturer.
CVM expands its line of control automatics. Currently we produce the following types of control cabinets:
- ШУВ (ShUV) – provides fan start, fan motor protection, manual or remote opening of air shutter simultaneously with fan;
- ШАУН (ShAUN) – is designed for automatic or manual control of NOVA warm-air heaters, and includes startup protection equipment to connect specified number of modules;
- ШС (ShS) – is designed for switching on and off different capacity electric heater stages by means of control signal from control cabinet, and for short-circuit protection;
- ШС-Э (ShS-E) – is a power cabinet for joint operation with ШАУЗ-БЭ (ShAUZ-BE) providing on/off switching of ЗШВ-Э (ZShV-E) curtain sections heating;
- ШАУЗ-Б (ShAUZ-B) – is a heatless air curtain (ЗВШ (ZVSh)) control cabinet;
- ШАУП-В (ШАУП-В-РВ) (ShAUP-V (ShAUP-V-RV)) – provides on/off switching of air handling unit fan with water heating (fitted with backup fan), sends air shutter opening signals, adjusting valve position control signals, as well as provides on/off switching of circulation pump, protection against freezing upon connection of corresponding sensors and actuators;
- ШАУЗ-В (ShAUZ-V) – is a ЗВВ, ЗВК (ZVV, ZVK) (with analogs) air curtains control cabinet providing manual and automatic on/off switching and protection of curtain fans, opening and closing of return water pipeline valve, as well as protection against air heaters freezing;
- ШАУЗ-Э (ShAUZ-E) – is a ЗВВ, ЗВК (ZVV, ZVK) air curtains control cabinet with electric heater providing manual and automatic on/off switching and protection of curtain fans, sending heater on/off signal, as well as overheating protection by relay signal; operated jointly with ШС (ShS);
- ШАУЗ-БВ (ShAUZ-BV) – is a ЗВШ-В (ZVSh-V) air curtain section control cabinet providing manual and automatic on/off switching and protection of sections, opening and closing of return water pipeline valve, as well as freezing protection (capillary transducer or removable thermostatic regulator);
- ШАУЗ-БН (ShAUZ-BN) – is a heatless air curtain control cabinet providing curtain on/off switching manually or automatically by the limit switch signal;
- ШАУЗ-БЭ (ShAUZ-BE) – is a ЗВШ-Э (ZVSh-E) ir curtain control cabinet including startup protection equipment for set sumber of curtains providing short-cuircuit protection, overcurrent protection, section switching off by thermal contact, embedded into motor, as well as heating control (via ШС (ShS)).
